African Bush Camps (ABC) is proud to announce Boitshoko Ketlareng as its new Country Manager for Botswana. With over 15 years of experience in strategic operations, hospitality, and corporate leadership, Boitshoko brings both industry expertise and a valuable local perspective to the role. He will oversee all Botswana operations, focusing on operational excellence, community partnerships, and the continued growth of sustainable tourism.

“Boitshoko’s impressive track record and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable addition to our team,” says Beks Ndlovu, CEO and Founder of ABC. “His appointment reflects our belief in hiring local leaders who truly understand the landscape, the people, and the potential of Botswana’s tourism industry.”

Prior to joining ABC, Boitshoko served as Acting Managing Director at a facilities management company, where he provided strategic guidance to the board, managed resources, and oversaw performance across diverse service portfolios. His earlier roles in the safari and hospitality industry include leadership positions at Mowana Safari Lodge and Mondior Summit Hotel.

Boitshoko has successfully led teams and projects across Botswana, from Orapa to Gaborone, and brings hands-on experience in both remote camp management and large-scale operations. He also holds various certifications in leadership and operational excellence and remains engaged with industry developments through regular participation in tourism and hospitality forums.

His new role marks an exciting new chapter for ABC in Botswana – strengthening our local leadership and reaffirming our commitment to responsible tourism and long-term impact.
