Through this service, customers can now cash-in/deposit up to P8,000 and cash-out/withdraw up to P2,000 from Access Bank ATMs nationwide. Transactions are secured by a two-step verification process that requires both an Orange Money PIN and a One-Time Password (OTP), ensuring that customers enjoy safe, seamless, and reliable financial interactions.

They can then select the ‘Orange Money’ option under Cardless Services, input the required details, and complete their transactions instantly. Confirmation messages are sent via SMS, adding another layer of assurance and transparency.

Aisam added that the continued investment in digital innovation aligns with national goals for financial inclusion and economic empowerment. Furthermore, Aisam commended Orange Botswana for continuing to partner with Access Bank in its inclusion journey, stating that the new service is another layer to their existing collaborations on Bank2Wallet, Wallet2Bank and N’stakolle loans all providing Orange Money customer with 24/7/365 access to their funds. Orange Money and Access Bank believe that innovation must have a purpose. The Cardless transactions at ATM empowers Batswana by giving them the tools to participate fully in the digital economy.
