FNB Botswana partners with VISA to give clients a chance to experience TotalEnergies CAF AFCON, Morocco 2025

FNB Botswana has launched its “Swipe, tap and Win” competition, to reward its clients with a chance to win big while celebrating the Bank’s partnership with VISA and TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025.

From 1st November 2025 to 7th February 2026, the campaign celebrates the joy of effortless payments, making everyday transactions convenient, seamless, and secure. Whether shopping in-store locally or internationally with a simple tap or swipe, or paying for your favourite services online, this campaign rewards clients for choosing smarter ways to pay.

A total of one million five hundred and twenty thousand Pula (P1,520,000.00) in cash and hospitality prizes is set to be won by clients during this campaign, courtesy of VISA.

Clients who use their FNB VISA cards during the campaign period stand a chance to win:

  • An unforgettable trip for two to Morocco to watch one of the TotalEnergies CAF AFCON, Morocco 2025 games.
  • Sixty (60) FNB clients will stand a chance to win One Thousand Pula (P1 000) each when they call in and participate in a question-and-answer session on selected local radio stations.

A total of one million five hundred and twenty thousand Pula (P1,520,000.00) in cash and hospitality prizes is set to be won by clients during this campaign, courtesy of VISA.

  • Sixty (60) clients will each win One Thousand Pula (P1 000) worth of grocery vouchers. 
  • Sixty (60) merchant tellers assisting clients to pay through any POS machines, stand a chance to win One Thousand Pula (P1 000) cash prize.
  • Twelve (12) clients will be randomly selected for the grand finale and be eligible to win the following:
  • One (1) will win One Hundred Thousand Pula (P100 000),
  • One (1) will win Twenty-Five-Thousand-Pula (P25 000), 
  • One (1) will win Fifteen Thousand Pula (P15 000), 
  • Nine (9) will each win ten Thousand Pula (P10 000). 

Speaking about this competition, FNB Retail Director, Ms Monkgogi ‘Mo’ Mogorosi, said, “At FNB Botswana, we are committed to creating value-driven experiences for our clients. Our partnership with VISA for this TotalEnergies CAF AFCON, Morocco 2025 is not only about rewards, it’s about bringing people closer to the things they love, while showcasing the convenience and security of using their FNB VISA cards”.

The Swipe, tap and Win campaign reflects the Bank’s unwavering commitment to support clients in their day-to-day activities by promoting faster, secure payments in person or online. FNB is committed to promoting digital payments and helping Botswana move towards a more cashless economy,” concluded Mogorosi.

We encourage clients to use their FNB VISA cards to make payments for their everyday purchases, for booking their travel and accommodation, for their monthly subscriptions to increase their chances of winning. Winners will be announced throughout the campaign period.
