The Choppies Group CEO, Board and management wish to inform its stakeholders, staff, media and the public of the resignation of Mr Molatedi Kgotla who has served as group head of human resources. Mr. Kgotla, has departed the organisation after 15 years of service.

He played a central role in aligning the Group’s human resources strategy with the Company’s broader business objectives, supporting the Group’s growth, operational expansion, and sustainability in both Botswana and regional markets. His contributions were instrumental in developing organisational capability, strengthening people management frameworks, and enabling the effective deployment of human capital across the Group’s operations. Kgotla’s immense contribution helped the business optimise its profitability.
