Protea Hotel by Marriott Masa Square introduces Winesday, a midweek experience designed to offer a more intentional and refined way of gathering in the city.

Positioned as a curated social experience, Winesday moves beyond traditional formats to create a setting where guests can engage with wine, live music, and conversation in a more considered and relaxed environment. The series brings together a select mix of guests across business, culture, and lifestyle, shaping an experience that feels both elevated and accessible.

“Winesday is about creating a space that feels easy, social, and intentional,” says Andrew Kamanga, Chief Operating Officer. “We’re seeing a shift in how people want to engage with hospitality—less about scale, and more about experience. This is our way of responding to that.”

Set within the contemporary surroundings of Protea Hotel Masa Square, Winesday forms part of a broader focus on experience-led hospitality—one that prioritises quality, detail, and a strong sense of place.
