BHC launches long term strategy and culture programme

The Botswana Housing Corporation has officially launched its new Long Time Strategy and Culture Programme in Francistown this morning , marking the beginning of a transformative journey that positions the Corporation to deliver even greater impact in fulfilling its mandate of providing dignified housing for Batswana.

Delivering the keynote address, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Pascaline Sefawe, emphasized that the initiative ushers in a new chapter for BHC. She noted that the Strategy and Culture Programme is designed to propel the Corporation to new heights by strengthening operational excellence, instilling a values-driven culture, and aligning the Corporation with national priorities particularly the Bonno National Housing Programme.

Sefawe highlighted that the programme will not only sharpen the Corporation’s strategic focus but also inspire staff to embody a culture of accountability, agility, customer focus, and collaboration, principles that will ensure sustainable delivery of housing solutions across Botswana.

The launch symbolizes the Corporation’s commitment to decentralization and inclusivity, ensuring that the voices of stakeholders and employees across the country form part of this new chapter. With this programme, BHC reaffirms its dedication to innovation, service excellence, and empowering communities by providing quality housing opportunities that improve livelihoods and contribute to national development.
