The Carter Morupisi matter is set to resume tomorrow (Sunday December 5, 2025) before Justice Mercy Garekwe at the Court of Appeal. The State has filed for a stay of execution pending an Appeal against the decision of the High Court to set aside Morupisi’s custodial sentence, setting him free.
