The suspended BHC CEO leaves on a mutual separation

The Botswana Housing Corporation Board announces that the Corporation and its Chief Executive Officer Nkaelang Matenge have mutually agreed to part ways. This decision was reached jointly and amicably by the parties.

Matenge has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1st November 2023. The Board would like to express gratitude to Matenge for his service to BHC and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

For his part, Matenge stated that it was an honour to have served BHC as the Chief Executive Officer and was confident that the Corporation was well positioned for continued success.

Pascaline Sefawe, Deputy CEO-Corporate Services, will continue to act as the CEO until further notice.

The Botswana Housing Corporation remains committed to its vision to be the preferred partner in transforming communities with decent housing in Botswana and it will continue to serve its clients, partners and stakeholders with integrity and excellence.
