    Deliver quality services – Minister Motshegwa

    The Minister of Local Government and Traditional Affairs, also, Member of Parliament for Mmadinare Constituency Honourable Ketlhalefile C. Motshegwa urged Bobirwa District Leadership to ensure quality services are delivered to the public during a Leadership Consultative Forum held this morning in Bobonong.

    When giving his address Minister Motshegwa said it is important for public officers to instill the principle of Botho when offering services to Batswana. He went on to say the intention of the government of the day is to distribute developments equally among Batswana. Furthermore, he urged the District Leadership that as implementers of programmes and policies they should ensure that they are impactful and aimed at uplifting the lives of our communities. Minister Motshegwa also informed the District Leadership that Primary Health Care Services (Clinics) are expected to be deployed to MLGTA in April 2025.

    Other issues discussed in forum included the status of projects within the district.

    In closing the Member of Parliament for Bobonong constitiency Honourable Taolo Lucas appreciated the convening of the District Leadership Forum saying its the first of its kind and this shows progress in the growth of the District. He went on to say the platform promotes partnership with public officers and proper monitoring of projects.
