Imagine finding what you believe to be your soulmate, only for them to vanish without a trace. Do you continue to reach out, or do you simply move on? In February 2025, Mzansi Wethu is set to tackle this very dilemma with their compelling new reality show, Wanyamalala.

Hosted by Moss Makwati, known for his work on Umndende, Wanyamalala will delve into the heartache of individuals who were in serious, long-term relationships, only to be abruptly cut off without closure.

“Mzansi Wethu is dedicated to delivering content that strikes a chord with the heart and soul of our audience,” says Shirley Adonisi, Director of Local Entertainment Channels. “We blend exceptional production quality with storytelling that mirrors the everyday experiences of our citizens, creating narratives that truly resonate with viewers on an emotional level.”

In this reality series, viewers will follow Moss Makwati as he teams up with a private investigator to track down the elusive ghosters. Once located, Makwati will facilitate a safe and structured environment where both parties can confront their unresolved questions. Was it something about me? Did they find someone else? Am I not enough? The show aims to address these lingering doubts and provide much-needed closure.

Don’t miss the premiere of Wanyamalala on Sunday, 16 February at 19:30 on Mzansi Wethu (DStv Channel 163). Because in the world of ghosting, there’s no running from the truth!

Mzansi Wethu is available on DStv Access for only P130.00 per month. Subscribe Now at www.dstv.com , dial *214# , Whatsapp us on 73038902 or use the MyDStvApp
