Air Botswana Suspends Flight Operations Due to Operational Constraints

Air Botswana has announced that all scheduled flights for Thursday, 07 May 2026, will not operate due to operational constraints.

The national carrier said affected customers are currently being contacted and assisted with alternative travel arrangements.

The national airline did not provide details in relation to operational challenges it was facing.  

In a statement issued on Thursday, the airline apologised for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the cancellations and thanked customers for their patience and understanding during the period of service interruption.

Air Botswana advised passengers to remain in contact with the airline for further updates regarding rebooking and travel assistance.
